Girl Day

Mommy and girls day! We had a great day for it being a Tuesday. I was 1 kid short today. It was kinda nice.  We called it girls day! Jon-Jon went to help Dad who got to go and help a neighbor with a paying gig. We like paying gigs!! Jon-Jon was soooo happy because he made himself some money as well. Well Jon-Jon want to spend his money as soon as he earns it.. Which is fine and dandy but when you have big dreams such as four wheelers, hiking gear and so on better to save and get own knowing you earned it and did it yourself. He worked hard and really did have to work. He toted wheel barrels of dirt all day. I am proud he actually worked without complaining. Way to go Jon-Jon.

The girls and I resumed our school day and had a great time doing it. Here are our Todays Goals we did. With History we are  learning how God created everything. The girls got to paint rainbows for there creation books. We learned that the rainbow is God's promise “Never again will I destroy the world with a flood. I make this covenant with you and with all creatures. From this day on,there will always come a time for planting, and a time for gathering up what was planted. Day will always follow night, the warm days of summer will always follow the cold and snow of winter, as long as the earth shall be." My daughter thought the rainbow was an awesome idea God came up with. They loved painting there rainbows. Makenzee said "God has a big heart he knows right from wrong." The fact that My children are realizing God is good We have an awesome God who rains over heaven and earth is such sweet bliss.

The girls helped me make homemade chicken pot pie. We also made lucky leaf cake just because it sounds so yummy. Oh and it was!!  The girls really love helping me in the kitchen when I cook and bake. It is nice know that hopefully one day in our society that if they choose to they will make great Stay at home mommas fearing God, who understand God's Laws,  Family values, eating healthy, living healthy, home birthing, breastfeeding, homeschooling.. That basically the home is what you make it and our HEARTS are in it.
